Had steamboat lunch today at this steamboat restaurant along Joo Chiat Road with my wife, daughter & her boyfriend. This place was discovered by my daughter's boss sometime back and they ate there frequently ever since.We ordered raw fish kway teow, squid paste, kiaw and pork belly to go with the steamboat. An ala-carte dish of deep fried toufu with Thai Chilli. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the pig knuckle. It was so well done. The meat was succulent and tender, bone cartilage really soft and the skin was super crunchy. Shiok lah!
Don't ask me the damage. I only know the plate of pig knuckle cost $25.
