Drunken Prawns with Herbal Soup
Sauteed Scallop with Asparagus
Steamed Sea Bass with Sambal Sauce
Coffee Venison Cutlet
Thai Seafood Salad
Fish Fillet with Coulis de Tomate
Crispy Fish Skin with Five Spices Salt
Braised Sea Cucumber with Yam in "Chu Hou" Sauce
Beef Steak with Brown Sauce
Fried Sweet Shell with XO Sauce
Roast Duck with Hot Sesame & Garlic Sauce
Baked Chicken Thigh with Teriyaki Sauce
Double Boiled Soup with Vegetarian Stock

Came to this restaurant at the former Big Splash along East Coast Park last Monday with Richard, Dick & Phillip for buffet lunch.

We had the above dishes and ate to full tank. At the end of the meal we also helped ourselves to a variety of desserts, like, ice cheng thng, nonya kueh & agar agar, all of which I forgot to photograph.

I leave the comments of the food quality to my fellow diners.
