Eric invited us for lunch at his place on 8th August 2011. Amongst those invited were Gabriel Chan, Ivan Wong, Gerald Gonzales, Joseph Bong, Richard Lim, Dick Lee, Thomas Tan, Phillip Lim and myself.The chicken rice was good but his sio bak was excellent. The meat was well seasoned & succulent and the skin very crispy.
We had a joyful reunion and shared about the good old school and army days. The conversation got so interesting that it stretched all the way to tea time and we all finally left before dinner time.
We look forward to Eric's next meal of sio bak.
